About these reports

A week counts only when it is over, so no report shows a half-played week. Tiers use the tier list's cut-offs but also the sample: a hero whose win-rate range crosses a cut-off is marked as sitting on the line. A mover is a hero or item whose change is bigger than the noise in both weeks' samples.

Patches Valve posted in or just before each week are linked to their patch notes, with the heroes they changed that moved. The bots carry the reports too: the Twitch bot answers !meta and the Discord bot posts each new report in channels that ask for it with /metareport here.
